Purchase requests
When you submit a purchase request, we store your name, email address, country or region, requested product and quantity, and any company name or message you provide. We also store a request reference, status, submission time, retry information, and a code derived from your IP address to limit abuse. This code is not treated as anonymous information. Butter Editions (ButterApps LLC) uses this information to review and respond to your request. Do not include payment details or sensitive information in your message.
Your cart
Your browser stores the product identifier and quantity in local storage so your cart works across pages and visits. Contact details and messages are not saved in the cart. Remove the item or clear this website’s browser data to delete the saved cart.
Temporary retry information
Before sending a purchase request, this browser tab saves a random retry code and a cryptographic digest of the submitted details in session storage. The digest lets an unchanged retry use the same request reference after a reload; it does not contain the raw contact details or message. We do not treat this digest as anonymous data. The saved retry information is cleared after confirmed receipt or when the browser session ends.
Website features
We have not added advertising trackers, audience analytics, customer accounts, or payment processing. The purchase-request form sends information to our server; other contact links open your email application.
Service providers
Website hosting, request storage, and email services process information as part of providing those services. This notice does not cover the separate practices of websites you visit through external links.
